I am having login and password issues, what should I do?

Please check the steps below is you are having trouble logging in to your Luxemore account: 

1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies.Your internet browser's "Help" menu will have instructions on how to do this.  

2. Check you are typing the correct password. Passwords are case sensitive so "PASSWORD" and "Password" are recognized as two different passwords.

3. Make sure you are entering the correct email address used to register your account. Also, if your computer is set to auto-complete your email address, make sure it's the correct email address listed. 

4. For password issues please try resetting your password. See our "What do I do if I have forgotten my Luxemore account password" FAQ for more details.
